Актуальность для Казахстана положительного решения ключевых вопросов обеспечения региональной безопасности на постсоветском пространстве, в частности, нашла свое отражение в Программе председательства Республики Казахстан в Организации по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе (ОБСЕ) в 2010 году.
Особенно в данном документе обращают внимание обозначенные приоритеты, которые призваны определить действия ОБСЕ и его институтов в рамках соответствующих направлений своей деятельности. Очевидно, что первоочередное значение с точки зрения Казахстана имеют именно региональные вопросы. Среди же них на первые позиции вышло содействие решению «затяжных» конфликтов, имеющих место на постсоветском пространстве. В данном случае речь идет о конфликтах вокруг Нагорного Карабаха, Абхазии, Южной Осетии и Приднестровья. ЧИТАТЬ ДАЛЬШЕ
